This was delicious. Three ingredients I love; smoked salmon, cucumber and feta.
I love feta cheese, I could eat it every day, and olives are an addiction, so Greek salads are my favourite.
Low Carb Greek Lamb Salad
1 cup of roast lamb
1 cup of lettuce
1/8 of a red onion
5 olives ( I went a bit crazy with the olives in the photo)
1 mini cucumber
Plate the ingredients as you wish and dive in.
